Electrology Program (320 & 600 Hours)

There's a whole area of the beauty industry that's dedicated to the removal of unwanted hair  on the face or on the body, for women or for men  and the practice of electrology has been around since 1875.

The technology has evolved  computers have made the process quicker and more comfortable  but basic concept remains the same. If you're looking to be a part of a career improving the self-esteem of others by getting rid of unwanted hair, then consider this simple fact: Electrology is the only method of permanent hair removal recognized by the FDA.

Electrolysis is the use of electrical pulses to remove unwanted hair from the body. A small amount of electricity is applied to the base of the hair follicle, destroying its ability for regrowth. It's an exact procedure, requiring steady hands and quality training from an electrology school, and it offers clients the chance to feel more confident about how they look.

A career as an electrologist has stability and allows you to reach your full potential in the beauty industry. Career opportunities are virtually unlimited, and may lead you to work in establishments like:

* Salons

* Spas

* Private practices like Plastic surgery office, & Dermatology offices
